This is the birthday boy!

How did this happen?! This little boy of mine turned 2 on Thursday!! Here are just some fun pictures Nick took of him. 

To celebrate we just had a little get together with family that is close by. We had cake and ice cream and Zane opened presents. His favorite part was blowing out the candles and we had to do that a few times. Then on Saturday we went to the zoo! That was a lot of fun! We took Zane when he was like 4 months old which was fun but this time was a lot of fun because he will actually watch the animals and thinks they are so great! He really liked the bears (polar bear and grizzlies), the sea lions, and apes. He thought they were all pretty neat but those were his favs. Here are aome pictures from that.

Boy do we love this kid! He brings us so much joy. Yes he is a two year old and has his moments but he is a very happy boy. He is so energetic and loves to have fun. Right now he likes to play soccer and swing and just run around.  He loves his little cousins Owen and Jackson and loves all babies. He always wants to be outside helping Dad in the yard. And Dad loves having his help. We love this little boy and couldn't imagine our lives without him. It has been such a wonderful two years and we can't wait to see what the wonderful kid will accomplish in his life.
